How this site works

The three sources stay apart. A finished project carries a cost when the builder published it, a nearby entry is an application lodged with the council and not a finished house, and a register figure is the cost the applicant declared. Every figure says where it came from.

Identity checks happen in the background: licence, ABN and GST start date are re-checked weekly, so what you read on a page is current.
