The original proposal included installation of a new front fence extending across the full frontage and continuing to the side gate. The amended proposal now retains the existing brick walls on both sides of the property and removes the previously proposed side fence extensions. The revised design includes only a new gate located centrally within the existing brick wall arrangement. The amended proposal also includes changing the proposed gate colour to bronze, as this is considered to better complement the existing house and retained brick wall compared with the previously proposed colour.
