he proposed works involve the demolition and removal of the existing front boundary fence and construction of a new front fence along the property frontage. The new fence will be approximately 1.0 metre high and constructed using recycled red/blue clinker bricks, selected to complement the existing Interwar/Art Deco character of the dwelling. The fence will comprise brick piers with low-level brickwork between the piers and black powder-coated steel infill panels incorporating a simple Art Deco-inspired geometric design.
