Secondary consent is requested due to modifications resulting in the rear garage and upper floor being positioned 1,200mm from the northern boundary (Hopetoun Street). These adjustments were necessitated by the locations of existing sewer lines and the associated cost of relocating the sewage lines for both the subject site and the adjoining allotment. Furthermore, the living/dining extension has been increased by 200mm, resulting in a new boundary setback of 2,350mm.
