Removal of one secondary chimney stack (non-primary, not the front-facing chimney). The primary chimney and all other external heritage fabric will be retained. The secondary chimney has been assessed as not being the principal or defining element of the heritage contribution of this dwelling within the HO461 precinct. Internal renovation of the kitchen and bathroom areas, upgrading of internal finishes and fixtures. No changes to the external fabric of the building are proposed in connection with these works.
