Sample data. The back yard was grass and an old shed. The shed came down and a free standing two bedroom, one bathroom dwelling went up in its place, approved as complying development without joining the council queue.
Key decisions
We went CDC because the block is a regular shape with enough setback, so there was no need to queue at the council.
