Removed the second car space; the remaining single space still meets local council parking rules. • Ground Floor & SPOS: Updated the internal living layout. It still provides a functional, well-lit and ventilated 25m² of Secluded Private Open Space via openable skylights. • Façade: Updated the front façade design, materials, and color scheme on the elevations. • Courtyard: Reduced the rear courtyard width to 1.1m, maintaining compliance with ResCode light and ventilation standards.
