CANCELLED - NO APPLICATION FORM - Proposed construction of a freestanding 2.1m high architectural internal pool isolation barrier wall. Structure consists of vertical NewTechWood Castellation WPC panels supported by a galvanised structural steel frame (90mm x 90mm SHS posts) and H3 treated timber horizontal battens. Primary frame is anchored within 350mm diameter x 1000mm deep structural concrete bored pier footings. Barrier provides permanent safety isolation to an existing swimming pool structure in accordance with AS 1926.1, functioning as a non-climbable shield completely independent of adjacent property boundaries.
