Medical Centre, Office, Restaurant, Shop - The existing structure along Rockingham Road will be retained and refurbished including upgrading of the services. Installation of a new colourbond roof will be added removing the existing pitched roof tiles. Splayed gutter will be used to all elevations to also act as a fascia using the same profile. The existing 6 tenancies and residence with garage and roof deck will be converted into four tenancies maintaining as much of the existing structure as possible. Existing carpark along Rockingham Road and return facing Yerilla Gate will be retained. The allotted bays will be sufficient now that we have two less tenancies. This newly created space behind the tenancy building will be developed to cater for a Café with additional parking.
