The amendment relates to the following items: • Change in material colour for the garage door/ front façade wall. This has been changed to a darker colour (monument) in lieu of the previous light blonde colour. Refer to sheet DD12 – North elevation and material schedule • Change in material of the feature battens along the front façade. This has been changed to a darker colour (monument) in lieu of the previous light blonde colour. Refer to sheet DD12 – North elevation and material schedule • A chamfer has been added to the front picture frame element along the (first floor). Refer to sheet DD06 – first floor plan and DD12 – north elevation.
