The application is to amend permit number D/846/2007 by the following changes to the Permit: - Modify Condition 1 (c) to state screening to the third floor west facing balconies is to a height of 1.2 metres. - Modify Condition 1 (e) to state the width of car parking space 1 as 2.65 metres, in lieu of 2.90 metres. The following changes to the Endorsed plans - The width of the car parking space 1 reduced to 2.65 metres, in lieu of 2.90 metres. - The allocations for car parking spaces 4 & 5 have switched. - The height of the screening to the third-floor rear facing (west) balconies reduced to 1.1 metres, in lieu of 1.7 metres. - Addition of an unroofed and operable louvre pergola on the rooftop garden
