The application is to amend permit number D/846/2007 by the following changes to the Permit: - Modify Condition 1 (c) to state screening to the third floor west facing balconies is to a height of 1.2 metres. - Modify Condition 1 (e) to state the width of car parking space 1 as 2.65 metres, in lieu of 2.90 metres.
